101 Willow Street, Reading MA 01867

HVAC and Electrical Consulting Engineering for renovations to an existing three story classroom building. The project consisted of replacing an aging heating only system with a new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump system. This renovation provided the students and faculty with heating and air conditioning in the classrooms and faculty offices.

140 Commonwealth Ave, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467

HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering for a 6 story renovation to an existing dormitory. The project consisted of HVAC system replacements, plumbing fixture replacements and general upgrades to the dormitory rooms.
